1. The registrar will become the member of ChineseUser.Com&bc.sg after a Username is registered successfully,. All new registrar need build the file in 5 days, or the Username would be deleted automatically.
    
2. The registrars without effective payment are named "Premember", Premembers can only be visited or contacted by other permissive members.Once your payment finished, the expire date will be added from 15 days later after you build your File.
    
3. The payment structure is as following:

   * All members are also the agents of the related service: Anybody become our member by your agent URL, up to one of third of the first year payment will be paid to you as commission.
   * Commission(S$):S$15/Quarterly(4 times);S$27/Half Yearly(2 times)；S$50/Yearly(one time)
   * Commission(US$):US$10/Quarterly(4 times);US$19/Half Yearly(2 times);US$37/Yearly(one time)
   
   ***** No commission for agents of free members. The present commission rate is as following:
   (1)S$20/Member; (2)or US$11/Member; (3)or Chinese RenMinBi ￥90/Member. The commission will be changed as the member fee's adjustment.
    
7. Any change about fee structure will not effect the customers who have paid off. Once payment is made to ChineseUser.Com&bc.sg, there shall be no cancellations or refunds.No refund or compensation to all delays or failures in performance.Only refund will be paid to whose ADs interrupted as ChineseUser.Com&bc.sg's planned normally ending to all ADs, the amount of refund is proportionable with arrears. Anyway the refund or compensation will not be more than the finished payment by registrar.
    
8. Our web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We may aggregate personally identifiable information and disclose such information in aggregate to other advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes.ChineseUser in its discretion may change from time to time. We will post a notice on our web site to inform you of any changes to the Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the Service.Only refund will be paid to those who has paid off but refuse changes,the amount of refund is proportionable with arrears. Anyway the refund or compensation will not be more than the finished payment by registrar.
